C-2112KG — Differentiated Functional Product:

Utilizing the professional heat-retention yarn "Starry Flame," this product features heat accumulation and temperature locking, far-infrared heating, light-absorbing warmth generation, as well as anti-mite and antibacterial functions.  

 

1. Internal — Heat Accumulation & Temperature Locking**  

Leveraging the natural phenomenon of human body temperature radiating far-infrared waves, the product employs "scientific functional yarn Starry Flame" infused with nano-ceramic materials. This yarn strongly reflects the body's own infrared heat source, preventing it from escaping. As a result, heat accumulates within the garment, raising its temperature. Tests show that the far-infrared radiation temperature rise of C-2112KG reaches 3°C, effectively enhancing warmth retention.  

 

2. External — Light-Absorbing Warmth & Rapid Heating**  

By incorporating wave-absorbing particles, the fabric achieves heat absorption, converting up to 90% of solar energy into thermal energy. This selected ultra-efficient light-absorbing material maximizes utilization, generating additional heat and creating a cycle of light-to-warmth insulation. Under the same environmental conditions, compared to the conventional yarn used in C-2012K, the fabric surface temperature difference exceeds 10°C (up to over 16°C), demonstrating remarkable heat absorption efficacy.  

 

3. Anti-Mite & Antibacterial Properties

The addition of TiO₂ antibacterial material ensures highly efficient antimicrobial effects, with high safety and long-lasting performance. It penetrates bacterial cell walls, disrupts key bonds (such as C-C, C-H, C-O) in organic substances, and hinders the transport of film-forming materials, thereby effectively sterilizing bacteria.  

- Anti-mite performance: Repellency rate > 60%  

- Antibacterial performance: Inhibition rate > 90%
